Sanctuaryby shabbychicComment: A classic!! It meets or exceeds challenge requirement because light is definately the subject of this photo. Reflections off pews enhance the composition. Perhaps a model with a white handkerchief would have helped??? It's getting a 9! |

Red Yellow Greenby p3wizComment: This is too cool. I can see the reflection of the flash in the center of each apple; I don't know if that's the effect you wanted. The cropping enhances the composition. I hope this places in the top 20. Bumped it up to an 8. |

A ripe choice . . . maybe.by ccaseyComment: Something looks goofy with the lighting. The models hand is real bright, the apple is about right and the background is a bit dark. I don't know how you'd do it, but I would like to see the apple brighter and the hand darker. All in all, not bad photo. |
