Nice idea. It is a bit too warm, IMO. If you had the opportunity to set this up, removing the kids police car from the frame would be nice. This could be a really great photo.

Not that my opinion stands for any sort of objective rule, but I thought this was a fine submission for you first challenge. I put this photo on the upper end the challenge ratings. It is not without flaws (mentioned below) but it looked like a perfect photo for a tech' magazine article. The color was a good choice, the barrel distortion works well, and floppies are very quickly becoming obsolete. Don't let these results discourage you.

This isn't a winner, but page 43?! If the argument is that this isn't obsolete, huge numbers of photos, including some that placed in the top fifty, should be hit hard. This is a nice photo. Great colors, slightly out of focus, but intersting. You never can trust the voting on this web site. Keep shooting. Best wishes.

Took me a bit to see that the "Memory Lane" title was more meaningful than just referencing old RAM...the layout is supposed to be like a city block, no?

The time a care put into this are great. Your coin choices fit the challenge perfectly. Lighting is well done on each coin and the background isn't oddly shaded. Good job.

I like that you put everything into motion, but it's still slightly out of focus. The crispness on the head and spindle would have been nice. Good choice of color.
