This looks almost like two separate pictures fused together. The Moon and its trail of light on the water - set alone would have pulled a "9" from me. (an 8 if cropped just below the first area of light on the water, keeping the lit horizon. As it is, The garish green and pinks and yellow in the foreground diffused the impact. 6

This feels too harsh for the ageless look of the scene. This should have looked as though it would be the perfect walkway for lovers. However, the flare of the lights has removed all sense of romance.

Restless

There is almost too much going on in this picture. Who is restless? Someone in one of the windows? The photographer? The city? Also, there is something that looks like a wood beam (left side - top to halfway down) that I can't identify. It's driving me nuts - thought it was a window frame at first - now I'm fixated on it.

If you had cropped this (left) nearly at the edge of the church, this would have gotten an "8" from me instead of a 6. I loved the concept and the title. But, that flare changed the viewer's focus to the wrong "Light" .

Pink by day, Orange by night???!!! Love the angles, not crazy about the colors (especially the flat blue circles around the lights.) Still - a solid 6 for me for the composition portion.
