Bet the title will garner a lot of comments. Lady in RED? I liked the way you caught the swirl of the garment, but the grays of the background was a bit flat. Also, there are some objects immediately above her head that look like an odd hairpiece. There is a strange strip of color and/or light along the hemline just above her right foot.

This is my absolute favorite - totally unique concept. The tones fit the portrayed era. Although the model is dead center, and surrounded by a lot of stuff, it is the bright colors of the objects on the right side that keep the eyes moving around the image.

On a personal note - the only thing that is jarring to me is the large tattoo on the model's arm I mean, how many elegant (or low class)women had tats back in the 20's.

I looked up 'Bow Bridge' to find the location. Your POV gave it a fluid gracefulness I didn't see elsewhere in any of the images found through my research.
