Harbor texturedby MelethiaComment: actually i'm not a big fan of textures, but here it works very well, because it adds some grain and detail to the shot. the warmer toning is also better.
i would have gone without the white border tho. |

businessby MephistoComment: i had her stand 1.5m (about 5 feet) from the white background, placing a sb24@ 1/16 power output on a tripod right behind her to get the light and gradient on the background.
the main light was just a simple strobe with 120x30cm softbox (adjusted horizontally) about 45° to her left pointing down from about 1 foot above her head.
note to self: take wide angle set up shot next times...;)
i added the camera settings also. |
