Technically sound. For "All is Calm, All is Bright", I would've expected something either holiday-focused or at least beautiful. This is awfully sterile.

focus is a bit soft, but likely due to a wide-open lens. Would've liked this more with a darker background to force separation of the tree from the stocking.

This is one of those difficult shots where to get good light levels on the candle, you end up under-exposing everything else. Or, as is your approach, blowing out the candle (pardon the pun) to adequately light everything else. Might have worked better if you used a low-level background fill to better illuminate the trees so you could bring down the exposure a bit on the candle.

I would be very tempted to try a crop that eliminated the artificial lights at the bottom. Lovely sky colors.
