The center of their universeby MelethiaComment: I should have known that this was a Melethia. Well done. I love it when a photo draws me in to investigate it in detail... this, like many of your images has those hooks that drag me in and make me take my time to look at it. Exceptional work...

Hop Scotch Sneakersby quiet_observationComment: I think this image suffered in voting because the footwear wasn't a significant enough element in the image. I like the idea and the processing, but the shoes just aren't even close to being the subject and the voters punished you in the voting for this. |

Nature Madeby KelliComment: Congratulations on the top 10 finish, and on the Team Suck top score award for the challenge. Well done. Nice colour and it's nice and sharp, which really makes the shoe pop... though I find the surface it's on quite distracting, and the composition lacks dynamic... would have like it taken from a different perspective perhaps... but ask 3 other people what they think, you'd get 6 different opinions :) Again... congratulations on a very nice image and doing well in the challenge. |

Treadby colorcarnivalComment: I liked this one, and scored it well during voting. I can't understand how this didn't fair better with the voters. Sharp where it needs to be, good use of shallow DOF. Interesting... well composed... this is most definitely worthy of a final score in the high 5's low 6's perhaps... think you've been hard done by only getting a 5.39. |

Season's Endby karmatComment: I like this image, and scored it relatively high. I really like the idea, and the colour and detail, but think the ball is a tad too dominant and thus takes away from the shoes. Great title too... though, I have to admit, I didn't notice the title until now... I often don't notice the title unless the image needs it to explain how it meets the challenge... your shot stands up without the help of the title though, which says a lot about it. Well done! |

Jumping Ropeby EmerkazaComment: Well done. This is a very nice shot, and an excellent example of how to use selective desaturation effectively. Composition is good, however, it may have suffered in voting a little because of the background behind the feet (is it a bush or grass area?)... a uniform background (all asphalt or all grass) may have fair a little better. |

Waiting by BrianRComment: This is an excellent idea... well set out... think it's a little soft though, and the crop may be a tad too tight, and the boots are competing with the cigar and books for interest... and I think the boots are losing. |

He remembers...by SHALIGAComment: This is a very powerful image. Centered composition doesn't help this IMO. The subject and the clarity are excellent though... think this will be in the top 10. |

- Eyes of a Dragon -by andrewtComment: This is SHARP... not a fan of the centred composition, but the sharpness and colours make up for that somewhat. |
