past gloryby DeenComment: Brilliantly processed piece of art, this is. The details and the colours are spot on, and the composition is wonderful. I expect that this will do very well with the voters... Great work... pay no attention to those that say otherwise. |

Waiting for the momentby JudiComment: Magnificent wedding day photo. I wish my wedding photos were half as good as this. The composition, light, processing... all brilliant. |

Borgarnesby nicomelonComment: This is my favourite image in this Free Study. Love the simplicity, and you've absolutely nailed the processing... tones are perfect. As is the composition. |

Windows 2000by hotpastaComment: Ah... Melbourne's shot tower. Have been wanting to shoehorn this into a DPC challenge for ages, and you've managed to get a beautiful photo which isn't even close to being a shoe horn... fits the challenge perfectly. Well done. Composition is perfect, and the colours are great. I particularly love the hint of the building on the outside in the bottom right of the image. Marvelous. |

What! No comments? That's a bit harsh. Could have done with a bit more saturation and a tad more contrast. Some human (whole) elements may have also help the viewer connect to the image a little more. |

... is full of woe?
An interesting photo... and I think it would have done a lot better if the eye in the magnifying glass wasn't OOF... it's a bit disconcerting. I love the girls freckles and her eye (the in focus one). |

Nice composition and processing.. though, could have done with a fraction more contrast (IMHO). Love the border. |
