Calm before the Stormby robm001Comment: A wonderful memory... a wonderful photo. Composition is excellent. Love it.
Now... please bear with me... I'm revisiting a little comment experiment I conducted in the 2009-03 Free Study... something like K10DGuy's comments, but with a twist... the twist being, the story will move from one photo to another within the challenge... also, I don't select just a few photos I start at the first and end on the last as determined by DPC random order assigned to me, with a single sentence for each photo... should be interesting... and you're photo is #9 in the series

Birds Eye Veiw.by CraftyComment: Nice detail and composition. The fence here works for me, but I think other voters might not appreciate what it adds to the overall image. |

The Hungeringby Adamsw216Comment: Nice detail... love the crumb on the hand. Centred composition works well here, as does the tight crop and shallow DOF... well deserving of the "best of" challenge. |

The storm final passed and the pounding waves left little of the seaside village that hundreds had once called home. |

School of Rockby ConnorComment: Well executed studio shot... sharp, great expression... good capture.
Signature Style Guess: Conner (if not then it might be Lutchenko, but I've already guessed him elsewehere). |

Intensity and Whimsyby bassboneComment: A wonderful image... love the feel provided by the lighting and it really works with the "intensity"... not so much the "whimsy".
While this is purely a guess, I am running out of time and it'll have to do...
Signature Style Guess: bvy? |
