i really like the effect the coils make, here, but i think the background detracts from the overall quality of the shot. if you could somehow of gotten INSIDE the unit (an air conditioner?) and shot up, now THAT would be something. overall, a pretty good shot.

i love this photo. good choice on the black and white. the repetition is great and focal point is just right. great positioning, as well. the variety of different contrasts really make this stand out. my favorite of this challenge, great job!

i like this shot. the contrast is good and there are a lot of little curves to it once you really look at it. it's very detailed and intricate. however, something is lacking in the overall composition. i think the positioning could be better (too centered) and maybe a wider angle would have allowed things to come together a little more. this might be a little too close up to capture the full effect. good shot, though.
