Dun Cow Laneby fredandaudComment: Very nice. I bet it was a tough decision between color and b&w, because it looks like this probably is quite colorful as well. You've done a great job with the b&w, though. I like the lines leading up towards center left. |

Old Fish Shackby KOKOCATComment: I'd love to see this in black and white. The textures and lines are really interesting, with the wood and the stones in the background. |

The Slide Ruleby BakerBugComment: Nice with the spotlight! This looks like a stock shot - the shadow adds interest. (hey, and aren't these complementary colors, too?!) Good job. |

Forever 7:29by dahvedComment: What a beautiful cloth this is! I think the watch definitely says "something old", but I do feel the image is too busy due to the fact that both the watch and the cloth are relatively ornate. |

Argoflex (Old Technology) and Old Dollby digitaldaveComment: The doll is REALLY creative for this type of image! Kind of a too-tight crop on the sides and too little on the top, in my opinion, but maybe this is just how you wanted it. I like the colors. |

Old Rockby mrwaffles989Comment: I'd like to see this rotated counter-clockwise a little. The trees in the upper left take away from the waterfall, which stands out more than the rock. The focus on the water is really nice, as are the tones in the sky. I'd really like to see the rock highighted more, if that is what your subject is. |

Anarborby FleshbloodrobotComment: I don't really get this. It looks like the subject is the poster, but that doeesn't jump out at me as something old. The pay telephone is definitely something old, but it's not the subject. The focus is pretty good. Sorry I don't have a better, more insightful comment :-) Good luck and keep shooting, either way! |

The Great Oakby Fellow EskimoComment: What a tree! And great light, too. I bet this looks a million times nicer as a giant print or computer wallpaper. Good luck - hope this does well! |

pa and his train together againby EmyloyComment: Even though this is perfectly centered, which seems to be a no-no around here, I like it! The image is clear with beautiful colors and clarity. Unfortunately, you lose a point for the size, I'm sorry. I love the title! |

Old Friendby GoodEndComment: You've met the challenge - definitely looks like an old shoe! Unfortunately, the image doesn't have much to keep my interest, but I can't really say why. I suppose it might get a better reaction if it were less tightly cropped and if the toe wasn't so sharply lit. |
