Nice! I don't have any helpful or clever comments for this one, but just think it is nice. If I were being picky, I'd say it's a shame the cart has the blue plastic in it (covers the bus quite a bit), but otherwise, this seems pretty much a-okay. Fantastic sharpness. 8

I love the candle and its colors - the glow on it is beautiful. I don't understand what that big blue and white disk is, but maybe I'm just dense. The answer probably explains the old and new part of the challenge. Well, I do really like that candle and the black background.

What a brilliant idea! You show us the feelings of past and present instead of the literal juxtoposition. The bubbles are absolutely beautiful. There's something about the building (or maybe it's the background light at the top) that fights with them, though, and that lowered the score a little. Now that I look longer, I think if the very top were cropped it would be really, really fantastic.
