Ridge Linesby pmichaudComment: What a nice mountain shot. Did you desat the mountain? If so, I'm curious how the original looked. |

Stringsby shutterflyComment: Interesting abstract, nice to see something different. I love the bridge support deal (no idea what they're called - frets, maybe?) on the far right. The curvey one. It has a more natural looking translucence that I'd like to see in the other five fret deals. Actually, I'd love to see that same translucence in the whole image, strings included. But please take my comments with a grain of salt. I definitely wouldn't write so much if I didn't really have something to say here anyway - your picture has moved me. |

Blindsby jbaramComment: My eye is unfortunately drawn to the reflelction in the lower left of the left blind. Otherwise, I think this is a cool shot - the light is good, as is the color change to green near the top third of the frame. |

Life Linesby marboComment: The colors are beautiful, but for me, the frame is way too big. I think it takes the focus away from your image. The image is good enough to stand on its own, in my opinion - or with a very thin black frame. |

Charcoal Lineby CorwynComment: Interesting focus and composition. I like how the line narrows down to the pencil point, but would like to see the rest of the pencil base just as sharp as the point. |

Organicby myceliumComment: Nice and stark composition. This would be good also for the stock photo challenge. Good job with the background - and I'm glad you didn't put a border on this. |

power in the skyby DrewLongComment: This is almost surreal. I like the power lines and towers. The criticism I can give is that it's hard to know if my eye is intended to focus on the sky or on the power lines. I think if the clouds weren't burned so much, it would be an awesome picture. Nice work overall, though. |

Lines Untitled No. 1by lytaComment: I think this is spectacular. I can feel the texture. Fits the challenge perfectly, beautifully composed, and good colors. I even like the blue shadow or whatever it is. |

Five steps nearer heavenby nico_blueComment: This one made me smile, not just because of the hope in the title - it's a fantastic image. It might be nice without the grain in the sky, but it also looks like you might have wanted it there. |
