Cutting Edge Redoby rjksteschComment: WOW, what a difference! This is much better, not only with the focus, but the colors and crop as well. Keep up the good work! Regards from your "classmate" in DPC Basics mentor group :-) |

Welcome Gate Printby jpochardComment: I also love the colors here. This is a beautiful card / brochure cover. I'd love to hear how you got those great colors. The light is really, really good on the bricks.
The only niggle for me is that, despite ShutterPug's comment, the focus seems a little too soft, particularly around the door. The weird thing is even the text looks a little fuzzy to me, which means you should take this part of my comment with a grain of salt - because I probably need new glasses. |

Morning Swimby amberComment: This is a beautiful shot! I missed it somehow during the challenge voting, but I would've given this a really high score. That blue is beautiful. The detail of the water is also excellent. |

1816-hope.jpgby tsheetsComment: I agree with you that this is a cool shot! Nice job with the framing of the lights in the lower third of the image. I also like that everything is black except the H O P E candles, with a nice perspective view on the whole thing.
Just in case you don't get many views, I should let you know that on my little laptop screen, the thumbnail is pretty much entirely black. But the full size shot looks fine. |

P8260096 copy2-sz.jpgby mcrochipComment: Hey, this is a very nice image. That looks like quite an intense ocean, and the boat looks beautiful coming out around the cliff... I'd love if you would put in the photo information. I see you've got an *ist DS now and I was wondering if this was taken with it. |

Red Hot 'Chilly' Pepperby amberComment: I like this image a lot. For my taste, the frame is a little too thick, but the image itself is a good and dynamic entry. |

Wild at heartby saiphfireComment: This is one of the best and most intense cat shots I've seen. I really like the crop. The only (but very tiny) niggle is I'd love to see the eye as sharp as the nose. |

My son eating a cheese stickby BrooklynsbridgeComment: haha this is a fun entry! I love the way his lips look, either preparing for attack on the cheese stick or just finishing an attack :-) For me, even though I know it's nearly impossible to avoid, I'd prefer if his nostrils were a little less in my face ... maybe some healing brush or something would help. he has beautiful eyes, by the way! Thanks for giving me such an enjoyable entry to view. |
