Approaching Stormby dsidwellComment: I remember this image well from when I first saw it (and I think I commented then on how much I liked it). Lovely saturation of colour and what a wonderful quality of light. |

Flight by jemisonComment: How beautiful! You've captured the light and morning mis so wonderfully! I love the way the mist gives depth by creating halos around the tree tops and also the way the sun lights up many of the balloons. |

Captivatedby scalvertComment: Beautiful portrait - love the composition with head on the right of frame looking to the left. Eye detail, colour and catch light are great. Nice DOF choice blurring background but still showing a touch of the environment nonetheless. Nice one! |

Darklandsby jonasvalComment: Great landscape! I like the way there are stripes of interest - the crater in the foreground, the orange flat lands behind, the mountains behind that and then the cloudy sky. Great detail too. |

Dead Endby unicumComment: The spiral of that leaf edge is a wonderful compositional tool and the position of the ant on the very tip of the leaf works very well. Great saturated colours too. |

A Glimmer of Hopeby HRoxasComment: Wonderful use of lighting to evoke a mood. That shaft of light from window to person is great. Like the obvious lines on both floor and ceiling - they give a real sense of perspective/ depth. Like too the textures of wood and brick and metal. The warm tones are great too. This is a really intriguing and well exectured image that makes me look and look. |

Sheby bucketComment: Funky! I like that you've cropped away the head - makes it at once universal and private/ intimate. Great composition. Yellow lighting actually works well. The colour noise seems a bit high - particularly obvious on her skin. |

Innocenceby janrussComment: Lovely portrait. I really like your choice to get in close and to crop off the top of his/ her head. I love the eye contact and the shallow DOF too. What an endearing shot! |
