Now, where have I seen this scene before? I was going to use a similar shot, but I just couldn't get enough pop out of it. The lighting just wasn't good enough. Still, it is a good composition and a nice shot. You've managed an even exposure throughout.

Nice high contrast shot. A little more detail in the snow and the sky might improve this, but I like the stark nature of it as it is.

Nice colors. The leaves seem to be framing the tree, which would be nice if the tree were more interesting to look at. Also, it looks like the leaves are blurred a bit. Perhaps a faster shutter speed might have helped with that.

Not sure I would characterize this as a landscape. But giving you the benefit of the doubt, I feel that the colors are a little too muted and the lighting a little too flat.
