This is not my favorite style of photography, the colorless (or almost) gritty images just don't usually "speak to me". BUT this one did, I "see" the motion in the petals and life the reference of the dead or dying flower blossoms.

I find this image to be very appealing.... that being said I don't really see the motion. The Oats look very crisp and stationary to me. So that being said I had a dilemma, rate for how much I like the image, or how closely I think it follows the challenge. Fortunately for you I decided to rate on what I like, and this image got a "7"!
