A pretty window garden that is artificially framed by the iron work. This has potential and I think would be better if the upper corners of the image were blacked out or more opaque. The way it is now the iron really distracts from the flowers which are the main subject.

You framed up the subject with the background, but it just doesn't have much "wow" factor to the image. This was a tough challenge to meet the requirements AND have an interesting subject. Better luck in the future.

Thanks for the comments, it helps me to understand what worked and what didn't in the photo. To answer the questions, there was nothing cropped out of the photo, this is just how I took it. I agree the tilted horizon is distracting, I played with it before submission, but wasn't happy with the results. I need to improve my photo shop skills if I am going to continue to enter challenges. :-)
