as we wander with no pointby jagarComment: That's me in the corner. That was my immediate thought. This smack in the mouth composition makes the picture shriek, or moan, or sob. It's bloody marvellous, and I love it. Thank you. |

i feel safe at timesby jmritzComment: If you are who I imagine you to be, then I think that your titles lately are some of the most beautiful one-line poetry I have ever read. The titles alone are worth 10. The picture itself is the usual old lo-fi crap, which is everything I love about photographs.
If you are not who I imagine you to be, then you must be awfully bloody lucky to be mistaken for such an incomparable artist.
Either way, thank you. |

A Surprise For Himby stphqComment: Well. It's a wonderful surprise for us too. Terrific orientation, and much more thoughtful and sophisticated picture that it might seem at first glance. What fabulous decor and objects on the dresser. Perfect casting too. So many open questions here to tease the viewer. Thank you. |

Mannequinby bjoernComment: She's unexpectedly real. Must be the lashes. It somehow achieves more than it should, which is a sign of something good. Thank you. |

Into the furtherby DruCorbittComment: Minimally splendid. Love the title too, which in its unconventionality, is an echo of the photograph. Thank you. |

Is anyone coming?by DanaSComment: Charmingly artless. Or artlessly charming I suppose. Odd how the word DOCK gives the picture more possibilities rather than less. It's a very interesting study on the idea of interest. Thank you. |

vanity of vanities, all is vanityby NeatComment: What I like most is what I see first ... a dissolute face on the one side, and the suggestion of a nearly featureless mask on the other, at upper right. Maybe not exactly what you'd intended, but I don't care about that. Thank you. |

clearer upon reflectionby posthumousComment: Clever title. Enigmatic model. Actually it's a very fine portrait. Doesn't seem like a reflection at all. It feels more like the subject is examining a picture of me rather than the reverse. Some sort of weird Dorian Gray variation. I feel so used. But thank you. |

Those are mine!by l0lOl0lComment: Confounding and therefore interesting. I can't entirely resolve it, and I'm pleased by that. Thank you. |
