dancin' shoesby cginoComment: Hello C. Very nice. Ain't someone's shoes a couple of sizes too large though? |

motifby posthumousComment: Well at least I was in good company liking this 121st placed photograph. I've just been reading some of the comments on other very good entries in this challenge and it appears that unless the 'reflection' was at least as unequivocal as a hard kick in the balls, it didn't meet the challenge. What limited horizons, what stunted imagination. What a pity. |

Miss Moyseyby rooumComment: Something arresting about this; it's better & better the longer I look. The small portrait above her shoulder is something to do with it. So's the right-left split of the tones. And of course she is herself pretty nasty-nice too. Freckles but a fukkoff gaze. My favourite haircut. Also my favourite image in this challenge. 10. Thank you. |

St. James Beachby whiteroomComment: A most convincing vintage feel, without having used any of those phony 'vintage' filters, actions and other gimmicks. Could be that's a big part of why it's so apparently authentic ... it feels real! Thank you. |

Instant Memoryby JuliBocComment: In terms of the spirit of the challenge, this is perhaps the best photograph. It's not quite my personal favourite, but that's my fault and not yours because your photograph is just terrific. You certainly should get a ribbon. 9. Congratulations, and thank you. |

a reporter's desk, nov. 1963by briantammyComment: I am loving looking at the beautiful artifacts you've arranged here. I almost never can like a set up photograph, and yet I love this one. Could be the fact that I remember 1963 and that news very well. It's a very enjoyable and well executed image. 9. Thank you. |

The Blacksmith's Apprenticeby vawendyComment: Beautiful portrait. Light is remarkable, especially with the natural and cooler backlighting. Love that the guy is not quite looking at camera; that's a master touch. 9. Thank you. |
