Cute sign and a good idea. Unfortunately the photo is way too small. Need to use the max dimension of 640 on one side as much as you can to show detail. This image appears to be over-exposed a little. There are some tutorials I believe on the website on how to resize an image for challenges.

A little on the morbid side, but creative. I like the dirt on the hand and the bright green of a new plant. Very symbolic and well thought out. Nice job.
