The concept is very nice. Three things: 1) the glass needs to be perfectly clean. 2) the spec of dirt near the glass is distracting. 3) the surface the glass and bottle are sitting on is distracting. Try shooting this again using a dark gray or matte black surface for the glass and bottle.

The composition is lacking. There is no clear subject or direction other than that of moving to the distance. The signs are distracting. The fact that the road leads in a slightly different direction than the power lines does not help.

This is such a good setting. IMO the shot would be so much better if you could have moved a bit to your left so the boat's mast did not interfere with the sun. In this way the sun would be framed by the boat, the mast and the dock.

The sky is fantastic. I'm sure you could get a better shot of the horse. The fill flash seems a bit too harsh on the horses' face. A softer fill light would have been a better choice here.
