Out of focus. Whites are blown out and color is a little blue.

Regarding this image, if people would first take the time to ask the photographer, instead of just making gassumptions as to the age of a model, they would save themselves some embarassment. I took the time to visit this photog's website, where I found this exact image and the following description of the image.

"This image of Meredith has been one of my most popular and controversial. It is controversial because some people seem to think that Meredith is much younger than she actually was when this was taken. For the record she was 19 (almost 20) when this image was captured in April 2004. In fact, I only work with adult (18 or over) models because of the contractual complications involved with working with minors.

Having said all that I want to point out that this image is both moral and legal no matter how old Meredith was. It is neither immoral or illegal to create images of young people so long as one has proper permission and they are not engaged in an implied or actual sex act. I am tired of people equating nudity with pornography. Such people not only don't understand what pornography is, but also belittle that beauty that God (or Mother Nature depending on one's beliefs) has bestowed upon us."

The photographer is also correct, if you would again take the time and do a little research, you would find that IF this model were under the age of 18, the photo still would not be illegal. Go to the FBI's website and do a little reading, educate yourself.

Now that I am finished griping about ignorance on to the photo.

Excellent shot. The lighting is wonderful. Photography is about capturing a mood and you've done that here. It's almost as if the model doesn't even know you were shooting her. Wonderful work!!texttext
