I like the choice to leave empty space in front of him, but I think there should be more space under him as well. That is, if that bird is landing. On second glance, it looks like he could be taking off... not sure.

You really need to size your picture to the maximum size allowed, or it will not do well in any challenge. Also, the picture seems a little blurry.

Your title seems to indicate that you didn't try very hard, so you might already see the flaws in this image, but I am trying to comment on anything that I scored really low. I am not sure what you are trying to show in this image, is the car crashing into the wall? The car is badly out of focus. I would have cropped it to inlude less of the "road" that the car is on. The "horizon" is crooked as well.
