Well this is not bad at all but the "neon" coloring is not really to my taste, did you bump the saturation here way up? Also, the dark foreground is too dark for my taste, a little more going on there would have gotten a higher score from me. 5

Fireworks are nice but having seen so many of them I really need something else in the frame to make it work for me, foreground or backround... Same applies to lighting photos and aurora boralis for example, just those alone do nothing for me unless captured very unusually. 5

This is pretty nice for a photo like that though, of JUST fireworks so I gave it a 6.
