Pretty nice panorama, bet web resolution isn´t doing it justice. However, a bit shame you didn´t bother taking additional shots where you correctly exposed the sky over the house as well as having that portion blown to me personally drags it down a notch.

What I feel is lacking in this image is a main subject or something interesting to catch the eye, to me the straws are just blocking the view of grass and sky, you need to ask yourself if this really is interesting?

Oh not tall at all, would rather classify them as hills rather than mountains, I don´t really have a good feel for height of landscape so take this with a grain of salt but probably only 50-100 meters higher than the ground below.

All I gotta say is congrats Laurent and shame on those people who are rude and incosiderate enough to comment on peoples appearances in dpc challenge entries.

I don´t know about Laurent´s models or other peoples models but mine DO read the comments after challenges are over and reading stuff about how people think you are anorexic or gross would definately make me second guess if I wanted to pose for another DPC challenge entry. It´s not a question of having thick skin or not, comments like that are just rude and if I were the model, I just would not bother with it again. What the heck has a models appearance got to do with anything anyway and how can commenting on their appearance ever be considered constructive and insightful, I mean what the heck is the photographer supposed to do? How are comments like that helping the photographer, model or this site? Would you say something like that to a persons face?

Blah, I am so pissed off on Laurents behalf but won´t say anything more, crawling back under my rock now...
