This girl even seems to have a Ringwald-esque face and lips. I think you should have stepped back a bit as that flash is a little harsh, and the submission size is pretty small. Try to use those 640 pixels you are allowed.

Wow that's nice. How were you able to get so close? When I was growing up we used to raise injured and orphaned birds of prey for the state. Well before my photography days unfortunately.

Again, one of the few people to actually meet the challenge so you'll get a decent score from me, but in my opinion the photo is a bit busy and your subject doesn't really stand out. Don't know if it's the angle or just the subject itself that leaves me just a bit flat compared to a few other photos. I do like the backlit leaves and the colors. Plus there is bokeh so that helps.

A beautiful macro, great use of dof, but not bokeh in my opinion. Just a wide open aperture. I'm not going to beat you down with a 1 though, don't worry. Too much confusion in this challenge.

Returning to comment... Not only are you one of the few photos with actual bokeh, but it also enhances your subject. It's nice to see those red leaves against the darker and lighter shades. Nice contrast. The perfectly circular ice / water droplets are unusually shaped, but really add interest and beauty to the photo. Have some more photos to go through yet but IMO this is sure to ribbon.

That's definitely bokeh. Now, is it good or bad? Good in that it's actually there and not just shallow dof, and it makes for a very interesting photo. Bad in a sense that the bokeh is actually more interesting and eye catching than the subject. I won't vote you low however, but do you know what I mean? It's not enhancing, but overpowering in a way. Maybe if the candle came up a bit more with a bit of light on it..maybe at least a full third of the photo would help to emphasize the subject a bit more, then the bokeh would be more of a compliment. But at least it's THERE.
