Very nice, bright cheerful girl. Nice choice for the white t-shirt on her, it goes well with the background and blonde hair. Like the motion in her hair and her head to one side. You might get some complaints that the eyes are whitened too much, but it isn't too bad.

I like the composition of the image and the subject. There is still some detail to see in the cactus and foreground which is nice. Something about the sky bothers me, and I think it's the tone of the gray...it's a little flat and uninteresting, and the same color as much of the clouds. Maybe some more processing to separate those tones and make the sky pop from the image just a little more would make this good pic even better.
