I'd like to see a more interesting play of shadows, and I'd dodge out the reflection of the flash on the fruit to the right. Other then that, looks delicious. Can I have some?

nice shot, but I'd use a diffused light, so that the flash isn't so noticable, and a tripod to lessen the blur.
