Paris, Las Vegasby Pep VentosaComment: nice photo! though i would have liked to see the tower by itself without the addition of the "las vegas" though the effect is interesting i would have prefered to see it removed.... though this is just a personal preference and has nothing technical to do with the photo congratulations though on an interesting photo to look at and hope it rates highly regardless of my personal views because after all it is a wonderful photo :) and thats undoubtable! |

Haunting Absenceby tyt2000Comment: wow lovely photo, i love the solitary chair and this is one photo where i believe that the border adds to the overall effect... i love the tones and the light saturation, i believe this photo should be VERY well placed and i look forward to seeing more of your work once i find out who you are :P :) and if i was to be picky (after sitting here looking at it for such a long time) it would be with regards to the far left window right up the top... the shadows cast or the frame or whatever it is (cant be too certain) is not the same as the other ones and slants although this does not ruin the image it does provide a drawing point to take my attention away from the photo as a whole ( and maybe i just have a short attention span :P) but overall VERY good photo and look forward to seeing more of your work |

Shadowboxerby scalvertComment: hahaha lovely image... the idea behind it is excellent and the execution is brilliant, the only thing that i might change is the blurred nature of the pants from the shadow being overlayed... i would have really liked to see the pants a tad more focused however overall this is a brilliant photo and deserves to be well placed... congratulations on a wonderful photo |

Golden Lightby JPRComment: wowwie this is one amazing photo :D for starters i really hope this rates highly!!! secondly i love the tones generated from the light.... the reflection of the light on the hair is wonderful and i highly commend you for being able to capture it in such a way! i love the natural background as well i believe it provides and elegant soft touch and if anyone wishes to see it removed then i reckon you should not listen to them ;) hehehe :P congrats once again on such a wonderful photo :) |

Summer Daysby dan_pendletonComment: very nice photo :) i love the facial expressions and the soft tone to the photo though i believe that the shadows are too overpowering in this photo for the soft tones.... normally im one to keep shadows in but possibly IMHO it would improve the photo if the shadows were either toned done or removed all together ... its a gr8 photo overall and i love that soft toned effect, just as i said i believe the shadows are slightly on the too powerfull side for it |

The Blue Windowby aKiwiComment: lovely composition and lovely contrast.... this photo as it is i would not want to change a darned thing... i love the colours and patterns :) the only thing possible and thats after looking at this image for a very long time... is possibly considering opening the window a tad more to introduce more of the black tone... i reckon it would provide an added boost to the contrasts already at play though i really have no idea until i see the final product.... gr8 photo and i hope it rates highly :) |

Up and over... and in?by arnitComment: hahaha lovely photo! :) i love the expression on the faces... and i love the focus on this shot! though the only thing that is slightly bugging me is just slightly north east of the soccer ball there is a small piece of grass - seemingly unnoticeable at first but once you notice it it is rather irritating :P -_-' possibly IMHO it would be better to clone it out though thats really just small knitpicking :) gr8 photo overall and it makes me wonder how i look when i play soccer :P hehehe congrats |

An eye on the cider press.by jjbeguinComment: i like this photo alot, particularly the colour and the shadows being cast! though the only thing potentially that may be changed IMHO is to slightly crop off the left hand side of the photo - being rather dark it seems rather consuming... possibly a bit over powering? i feel that if it was slightly removed it would give the photo a more relaxed atmosphere though i cant say for certain until i see the byproduct :) hhehe gr8 photo over all and a highly commended acheivement :) |

Vickiby KonadorComment: this is a gr8 photo! i love the effect created by the hair and the earing though the only thing i may want to change is the colour of the eyes... they seem too surreal to me by their colour... though reflection wise and all that i highly commend you on the fact that they are some of the most perfect eyes that i have seen for a long time.... just yeah possibly look at changing the hue / saturation as they seem very eary though i guess it depends on what effect your after |

Misty Morningby jodiecostonComment: gr8 photo! the play of light is wonderful and the random areas of brightness on the sandy/ pebbly shore provides a large deal of interest which is stunning though i dont believe your border improves the photo over all.. if anything its not strong enough to be seen as a border so either IMHO i would want to see it strengthened or romoved all together... reason being is on the right hand side where it is the lightest it provides too much contrast in an area where attention should be minimum... though overall this is a gr8 photo and should be well placed in my opinion :) |
