I'm sure I'll be only the 729th person to say this, but the power lines are dreadfully distracting. I like the way the plants are tilted though, as if being blasted from the angry sky. Focus is a little soft. Or maybe its a resolution thing. I can't tell for sure. In short, I like the idea, but it comes across a bit sloppy.

I think a suburban residential street and driveway strays a little too far from the topic. And snow is only bizarre dependent upon where you live. It would be for me here in Texas, but not in say.. Alaska. The international nature of this site prevents snow from being a shocking subject, though I have no doubt it is unusual for your city.
