Potential for Excitementby mariomelComment: even though its a speedometer, i don't get the sense of speed that i get from other pictures in this challenge. nothing is moving. outside of the challenge, the composition of the picture could be improved by having the dial more centered. the left side is not showing as much as the right. |

Mix it wellby zerocusaComment: the photo could have been better if cropped differently. its seems, by cropping out the sides of the bowl, the sides of the picture are fightig against the circular theme. |

Accelerationby ddsoulComment: i didn't think that i would see so many dashboard shots in this challenge. however, yours is probably my favorite. the first reason is that its the speedometer not the odometer. and second it's much more in focus than the others. not too sure how you were able to shoot the speedometer at almost 80mph with minimal blur, but i guess it could be achieved by jacking the tires or one tire that has the power off the ground and letting it spin freely. |

fixed in a zipby snsComment: great idea and execution. i am torn between having fingers in the shot or not having them. not having them in the shot would help strengthen the subject through having less distractions. but having them in the shot helps add some realism. i guess its just a personal preference either way. |

Speed wheelsby Adrian TungComment: nice combination of blur and focus overlapping. i also like the use of a solid background to take away some distractions. however, by making the background totally black it makes the car seem as though it's floating which makes the photo seem unstable. |
