Find the green leaves distracting. If you had gotten closer to the bull statue without losing the gate, it would have been more effective. But you might have lost the corporate building behind. Mmmm, tough.

Don't understand the title. Did you try to convey that even when the telecom industry has gone to hell, its landmarks are still standing??? This is a nice image, like the diagonal line but when my eye goes up on the landmark there isn't much to hold interest. Good job though!

Manipulative. Suppose the monitor shows one of your earlier submissions. The woman does not look like she's the owner of that office, probably your wife. Yes, it's an office setting but that's about the only relationship I see with the challenge. 5

Funny, I was considering a similar shot :) Love what the water is doing. You could have cleaned up the surroundings somewhat and remove the objects that are distracting. And to make sure that the image and title really pertain to the CW challenge, put a copy of the Wall Street Journal or something like that on the rim. Good job.

I like this image. Like the diagonal lines created by the vanishing perspective. However, I find the gate and the platform in the foreground distracting. The image would have been so much stronger without them. Good job though!
