Simpleby brumer0Comment: Wow, that's sharp! Maybe a little too much: you got those dark contour lines on the upper edges of the bird. |

Wood Storkby fldaveComment: Very nice colors; I am not sure if I like the feet blurred by the grass... actually, I do! An artistic stork. |

Ducks on a Logby franktheyankComment: The colors are nice, but some of the highlights are washed out. The almost centered composition for the duck in focus does not work well for me, as he is looking away, out of the picture. |

"Redbird"by RmacComment: picture perfect.
Only the wire makes it a bit 'less wild'. |

INTO THE ABYSS by hotpastaComment: Fantastic shot in its every bit.
Good that your camera is still with you and not with an 'inhabitant' of the place :) |

And who are YOU?by arminComment: For me the legs are sharper than the head. Maybe the AF caught the branch instead of the bird...
Otherwise it would be a great and funny picture. |

The Hunter by cdn1Comment: Wow, tell me you did not use taxidermy and invisible fishing lines to hang it still:) -->I wish I had this rapid autofocus (or was that manual?). |

Yap, this is a strong contrast from Florida.
Actually, I didn't mean to have the sky blue, since it was still snowing that night, and by leaving the snow in the front colored by the light I wanted to convey the feeling, that I am looking out from the window in the night to the snow.
Here is another version that might be better in this...(?)
