How bad did you get ripped for "this has no texture!"? In my eyes EVERYTHING has or can give the "feel" of texture just depends on how well you show it. Your image is a little small. I like the positioning of the smoke and the color (or lack of) is nice.

Very nice. I like the tones and lighting. The arrangement along with the lighting helps draw your eyes to the back image even though the front one is the main subject. Your depth of field is right on spot. Great textures.

Nice play on words with the title lol. Your focus seems soft and the bright right side seems to draw the eyes over there away from the more visible items on the left.

Different idea. I wonder how this would be if the lines were angled to the right corner so your eyes were lead that way. Still nice textures and colors though.
