Sophisticated Travestyby xtabintunComment: Let's pretend it was in focus and the light source was above and behind the sun, so that shadows of the fake paper trees were cast towards the camera (just as if the sun was real)...

"Are you my mother?"by thefragileComment: With a decent attempt at taking a photo, this could have been great (especially with that title)...it's unfortunate it's more of a snapshot than anything.
And the irony really is striking...it's too bad that the photo wasn't thought out... |

I wish the photo was sharper, though...the background looks really washed out, which would have been fine if the bridge was bolder and fully captured my attention. It would have taken sharpness and maybe some greater contrast to do this. |

Tall Grassby NusbaumComment: Whether intentional or not, I appreciate the soft focus here. I think the left side of the photo is begging to be cropped about 5% to remove that last piece of grass...I could be wrong though.
