The Birth of a Twisterby RikkiComment: Wonderful capture: nice composition, very nice details in the earth part and impacting the shape of the clouds. IMO too orangish the sky. |

Gerberaby TejComment: Wonderful shot of the gerbera, with many detail in the flower. IMO the bright in the left is a little bit distracting. |

Boat Posts Small PS.jpgby rasdubComment: Wonderful photo. Like very much the composition of this one: the sail going from left to right which directs your view to the place where are the birds. Very nice.
To say something to improve the picture IMO, maybe the blacks are a little bit too black, without details. I don't know the conditions of the shot, but maybe you could improve the details using the shadows/highlights tool or something similar to work in the deep shadows and retrieve some details.
But I think is a very good photo. |

Bay Bridge Reflection 3 B&W.jpgby rasdubComment: Nice POV of the bridge. Love the way you used the water in the floor to capture the reflection of the bridge.
But in this one there is something that doesn't work for me. I'm not sure if is the white doors below the bridge or that it need something else (I don't know what). It needs something else to catch interest of the viewer. Just an opinion. |

willet.0.jpgby rasdubComment: Lovely shot. Very nice the texture of sand and rocks. Good use of DOF. Good illumination of the scene, capturing details in the bird.
The composition of this one would be better IMO if you place the bird on the right of the image, because is looking at the left. If you don't, your view is going out of the picture, instead of going around it. |

Cinco Birds.jpgby rasdubComment: Nice shot. Composition is OK. All birds are watching on the same direction, what make you ask what are they looking at. The colors are good, and I like the birds are not only profiles, but they have details (that's why I like this one more than the one with 3 birds). |

Gull.jpgby rasdubComment: A very appealing composition, using the rule of thirds. The reflection of the gull adds a lot to the image. The blue of the water is wonderful.
On the other hand, I'm not sure if white is as bright as it could be (is a little bit grey IMO).
Wonderful shot. |
