This to me is a snaphot. Effortless one. And out of focus too. Not mentioning I would have to be VERY tollerant to admit I see some frame on this pic. Better luck next time

First of all I can't see a frame which would be in front of something in the background.
Second - and most important - your picture is too small to impress DPC users. See forums and comments to find out small pictures tend to score lower.

You missed the frame. And the shot itself is average (of course the view is great but the picture is not). Try harder with color/saturation/contrast levels and next time read the topic instructions more carefully. Good luck

Despite the frame (not too obvious, but present) I must admit I dislike this picture.
There is something distracting about the center of the flower which makes me want to move to next pic quickly.
The most important thing is that I really dont like pictures of flowers (macro shots) as there are so many of them it is terribly borring. It takes a siriously GREAT picture of a flower to make me score it high, and your picture doesn't have it. Sorry

I believe you could have used the frame much better in this shot.
It looks purely like a effortless snaphot (forgive me being nasty - but these are my feelings - Im not saying you put no effort, only I can't see it here).
Nice object, but doesnt appeal to me at all. On top of that it's slightly tilted.

This is the best proove that yet another picture of a flower can actually be amazing and fresh like nothing seen so far. Although generally against macro shots of flowers this one definitely deserves a 9 from me. Great job
