the contrast could be much better, plus it's out of focus. If you can do one thing right in a studio photo - it's the focus.

I think the pic is too busy. The church "window" (rozette or what;s it called) takes the attention and alltogether I can't see anything here.

To be honest I can't see any reason why you made this picture B&W. It carries no feeling. I would take the contrast to the edge if it had to be b&w. Still I love the sadness on it's face.
I love the shot in general but not the b&w approach
