I don't really get any feeling of a vanishing point from this, the train draws my attention away from the tracks with the blurred front of the train being a real distraction. I think that you would have a much better pic if you cropped the image from the left to just before the driver (keeping a little of the window) and from the top to just slightly above the tracks in the background (on the bridge)

Love the feeling that the big car is gonna kill the small car, and the placement of the small car of the pic give the feeling that it's looking to escape - dynamic with good emotion :)
(should have been a mercedes though)
