This building has a lot of character, but I don't like how you cut this in half with the two different textures. The wood looks like the more interesting of the two, so I would maybe have tried to emphasize that more by moving over and showing more of the wood side of the house. Hope that makes sense, it's late and I'm crosse eyed from voting :)

This building looks like it has some interesting details, like the ironwork on the door and the stone. I'd like to have seen maybe some of that be the focus of your picture, I think it would have made it more interesting.
