to the photo, i think this would have been more interesting if you'd placed the camera on the chessboard. i think that still would have been in the limits of the challenge. |

GOING.......by dphillipsComment by splidge: I think this would work better with the footstops pointing away from the viewpoint. As it is it looks closer to an approach than an exit. There seems to be no connection with the other elements present in the picture. |

BARRIER...by dphillipsComment by Bruce_the_Robert: silhouetted primary subjects often don't do much for me, and this fits within that personal preference. The shadow doesn't provide enough detail to see what otherwise might be interesting parts of the scene. |
