Lightning Lacesby Geo_GriffinComment: I think someone took this exact image for the painting with light challenge. I'm still really impressed by the technical skill behind it though. 8 from me. |

Just Like Heavenby mocabelaComment: THis image has real drama thanks to that dramatic sky, and the equally dramatic white water in the foreground. Congrats on a really great shot. |

Securityby kirbicComment: Beautiful tender ape portrait. Not my favourite of the challenge, but I guarentee it will fill that role for many. You can't help but fall for those eyes. It doesn't get any cuter. |

Who needs a man?by grigrigirlComment: Yes this image is sexy, incredibly so (I'll be surprised if you don't get a couple of DQ requests for the overt depiction of a sexual act from the more conservative dpcers), but its appeal goes beyond the fact that I'm a guy and it's a naked picture of a gorgeous woman. Technically speaking, the perspective is wonderful, lighting is spot on, and DOF is absolutely perfect. On the more substantive level you have captured the joy of human sexuality wonderfully. At first glance she appears positively serene in her bliss - yet then you go and throw in the leather gear, which takes the viewer away from the beauty of the pleasure she is experiencing and throws in a raw, forbidden almost animalistic element. Anyway, enough meandering from me, the point is that this is a ten from me, and easily one of the best images in this challenge. |

knottedby theodor38Comment: I really like the pose here. It's bizarre enough to be effective. 8 |

Touchby Mad-DComment: Really like the colouring here, many will feel this is overprocessed, and perhaps it is, but I like the overall impression of this shot. 9 On second look I still really like this. I'd just like to add that this would make you all sorts of money as a stock image! |

Remains of the Dayby RoosterComment: Like the lighting here. I had a female in the room when I voted and she was quite enthralled by this. I can see why, if I batted for the other team I'm pretty sure I'd be quite taken aback by this one. |

Flightby Dim7Comment: Love the contrast between the gorgeous colours on this fella and the backdrop. Perhaps the motion could be stopped a fraction better, but I like it a lot nonetheless. 8. |

Niagara at Nightby Resusit8uComment: I've seen a lot of niagra falls shots, several of them even in this very challenge. Well, this is the best of the ones I've seen in this challenge, and one of the best I've seen full stop. Good job. |
