Broken car, spine and clavicle - An exercise in extractionby kremkexComment: I can't believe I'm hearing my 21 year old liberal self say this - but this is in poor taste. Even if it was in good taste there is nothing particularly exciting about the composition etc to appeal to me. The lighthearted title is the worst part of this image. Im actually astounded that you titled this that. I know there are know dastardly intentions behind this image - but next time think a little more please. I'm going to abstain from voting this a one, but I'm tempted. There are enough ambulance chasers in the world - let's not have dpc'ers sinking to the paparazzi.'s level. |

Pride of London by ImagineerComment: Well would you look at that. I was right for once. I'm quite chuffed about that. Hey, if you can't win a ribbon you can at least predict who will. Just to try and drag you down from the tall pedestal, this was only my second favourite image of the challenge :P.
Brilliant work. |

Neural Net Disconnectedby MrYuComment: This is a tremendous abstract, I think you might have trouble for being a little too far out of the box, but I like this a lot. 9.
Reminds me a lot of a certain "project slinky." (It's a similar style of photo, and you've used the same border). Apologies if I have the photographer's identity wrong. It's a nine whoever you are. |

Moonrise Over Stonehenge by EddyGComment: Hehehehe, well that's one way to get around a lack of photogenic landmarks.
I wasn't the biggest fan of this during voting - but now that I know how you did it, I'm really really impressed. |

Auroraby andrimComment: This is gorgeous... one of the better aurora shots I have seen. The hill in the middle with the sun(??) behind it provides a brilliant context for the aurora. I also really like the contrast of the bright ground provided by the light with the dark landscape. Only quibble is the extent to which the light is blown out, may 15 seconds was slightly too long a shutter here. |

Anke 2.jpgby NatatorComment: Lighting here is great - the model looks a little unfomfortable though, the pose is a little forced. Also for some reason the fact that you can see the flesh abover her hip is a little distracting. |

2404-0018a.jpgby dwterryComment: Okay, now if that wasn't good enough to post in the landmark challenge, I hate to see what you did post - this is a really great night shot. |

April Showers (c) Sally Phillips 2004.jpgby trainComment: This is a great black and white, terrific tones. Now be honest - was that really rain :P... I would think you did them yourself, but those droplets are almost too perfect - must be natural. |
