Rain, Rain...by itripnComment: A nice, unique take on the challenge. I'd like to see just a bit more contrast, specifically, bringing in the black point *just a bit* to give darker dark tones. |

Alone in the rain...by MontereykiddoComment: Love it. One of my top picks this challenge. Great tonal range, just keeping the detail in the coat. Focus is perfect. The one distraction is the very bright area behind her. If there is detail in that area in the original I'd tone it down some (obviously difficult or impossible to do well in basic editing). |

Nature vs Machineby dwterryComment: Nice idea and execution. Perfect juxtaposition of the machine and bare foreground against the pristine background. Speaks volumes. It does seem a little oversharpened, there are halos visible. That's a minor nit. Also a bit of red cast genreally. |

California Coast by nrulkovComment: What an awesome sky. The surfline leading in from hte lower left is very nice compositionally. I want to see the paraplane a bit closer. Maybe a bit tighter crop? |

NYC @ Nightby SeanachaiComment: Nice composition, great detail. A bit less red (drop th ered channel in curves) and a bit more contrast would deemphasize the "sodium hase" in the distance.
Edit: Forgot to mention earlier, there is a very small, but quite perceptible lean to the left. That's perhaps more distracting than the haze. |
