Brise Soleil, Milwaukee WI.by shrewComment: I really like the composition on this shot, and in fact I expected it to finish much higher than it did. I gave it a 7.
I don't find the grain objectionable. |

Always Coca-Colaby rwouthuisComment: Made me thirsty! Nice composition and I like the hard light. The colors and contrast are perfect, IMO. Contrasty & saturated without being "over the top." Very nice work. |

My Weekend Destinationby neenee1999Comment: I know the boat is technically your subject, and is in focus, however I feel the BG lights in this case need to be in focus as well. A smaller aperture and/or slightly different focus point would have helped immensely I think. |

The Last Judgmentby CutterComment: I like the concept, and the editing basically works, even though I'm sure it looks nothing like the original in mood!
I did take one point off for the fiarly apparent halo around the building where burning on the sky fades out. |

Doors to Eruditionby DefyTimeComment: I like the basic idea... the distortion and tilt of the door frame detracts for me. The light switch doesn't seem to be adding anything, I wonder if hooting from bit higher could have eliminated it? |

Protecting Nature.by docpjvComment: A nice capture... the saturation is just too much for me though. IMO this would have done better with significantly less oversaturation. |

Sipping Wine on Cloud Nineby StrikeslipComment: I like the concept, and the color left on the wine. It''s one of the few selective desats that seems to have a purpose in the effect.
One small detreaction, IMO is the very apparent source and motion of the fog; it would be better, IMO, if the fog were in slower motion and with a less well-difined source. |
