The sepia works well. It gives it a timeless and nostalgic feel. The cropping also helps to enhance the impact of the action and the border works well too. There is something odd about the man on the right. He looks a bit like a cardboard cutout :)
Good Luck.

The composition works well. It was nice of the clouds to sit just like that :) This is a strong image. I would have rotated it a bit to keep the backboard parallel to the bottom of the image. good Luck.

I like the difference in the two facial expressions. One for defeat and one still trying. The composition works well, including the absence of the ball. I didn't expect to see Aussie Rules in this challenge. Good luck.
P.S. I think conversion to Black and White would give this a "timeless" feel. Just a thought. :)

The action in this image is quite compelling. I think it would benefit from being cropped tighter around the three main figures to enhance the action. Also I wonder how it would look in Black and White. I think this would make it a bit more timeless or sort of anonymous which would again enhance the action. Good luck.

I love the contrast between the skyline and the field. The colours in the image are beautiful. It is a little soft in that it hasn't got a great deal of contrast. It provides a great sense of space and scale.

No doubt this one gets an instant laugh. It certainly makes an impact. You could just about crop it aroud the young fella's face and make an image out of that. I'm imagining his face in black and white with a touch of noise added. His eyes nose and brow are really expresive. This image does kind of grow on ya. Good Luck.

This is a good subject for the challenge. I wonder if cropping it more tightly around the players would really intensify the emotion of the image. For example cropped below the signs in the background and just below the players' feet. It is a very small image which makes it a bit hard to see. Good luck in the challenge.

The composition works really well. I think the contrast between the crowd and the field enhances the scale of the scene. I wonder if cropping the sky out of the background might tighten the attention to the action on the field. The colours are vibrant and this adds to the richness of the scene.

I love this image. I believe it has been artistically executed and produced. The sense of space is awesome and the contrast to the "action" element is brilliant. You have really emphasized the isolation of the subjects through the starkness of the way you have treated the colour. This is inspirational. Thank you for this entry.

Excellent capture of a candid moment. It may also work well if it was cropped around the three central figures from their waste to above their heads to really get in on the core of the moment.
