This lovely face would have looked much better with a different editing, something softer for the skin. You can find some tips under the section Learn How'd They Do That, this is one link, under Tutorials another by BRAD link.
I hope this could give you some advice.

I'm fond of this kind of mysterious waters, I can imagine the relaxing sounds of the waves shoking on the rocks and even the smell of the sea.
I love the dreamy mood, the tones, the sharpness, every element in a perfect dose, nothing is over... or under...
Technical comments are far beyond my skills and I'm unable to achieved such a nice editing like this one. The only little detail I've found is maybe some sharpening halo in the big rocks, the farest ones.

There's a sun burning inside this flower !
Nice vibrant colors!
I understand the difficulty of the edition with the halos when applying the sharpening, there is a great tutorial by Brad about this link here.
Also another crop could have improved the impact.
My vote : 8 .

I prefer this crop , the photo is much more interesting than in the first edition.
Blur could be good for portraits but too much blur in your face in my opinion.
If it was to "mask" some details you don't like of your face there are other methods (cloning by example) , the truth is that you have a lovely face and I really like the expression.

Great ! I like "true" portraits , our wrinkles are part of our personality.
Your eyes are full of life , full of many stories of pain , joy and serenity.

I would have preferred a closer crop and I like to see the face when it's a self portrait.
The editing is good and the photo is interesting.
