The notion of waiting is clearly conveyed in the subject and environment. The foreground is verify distracting--a shot down the platform, parallel to the tracks would have been better.

When my eye is drawn to the subject on the left, I wonder, "Where's the waiting?" When my eye sees the subject's reflection in the mirror, THEN I realizes the subject is pregnant. While the photographer's concept is good, it takes too long to identify the element of waiting. A more direct composition of the subject's tummy, perhaps with a calendar in the background, would have conveyed "waiting" much more clearly.
