power lines, but you'll probably get that a few times... Great title, though!

LOVE IT! Just the littlest bit of the "SONY" label showing is keeping me from giving it a 10, as I find that too distracting. but it's certainly a solid 9 in my book!

Add a revolver, and you've got a fantastic poster with which to plasters the walls of the ATF! ::grin:: Great shot. The dust on the mirror in the lower right is just the slightest bit distracting to me, but in the concept of the whole shot, I forget about it quickly. Nice job!

Not really enough "habit" for me to go on here, and I find myself thinking the shot's too cluttered to hold my attention.

Well, the topic pretty much works, but the composition is just too haphazard for me to take the shot for much more than a snapshot at a family reunion. The noise level is also so high in this shot as to distract from most of the other content (and yes, I'm looking at the subject's left arm, shirt, and shorts to see the noise, not the sausages). And anytime such a large white spot appears in a shot, you can be assured that all attention will be dragged away from your subjects.

great start, but take it a step further... The characters on the buttons are going to be the defining point of your subject, so use them! The lighting is bold, and the shadows really help to define the angle. Definitely a great start.

While Ben & Jerry's may have been a better choice from where I sit, I love it! Technically I think the shot may have been better served by a narrower brightness gradiant, i.e. I find the brightness of the top too far contrasted with the darkness of the bottom. Mind, you, not really tradgic enough to take away from the shot!

I think the concept is fabulous, and there's real skill in macro work here. My only disenchantment with the piece is that I have to look at the title to understand whic direction, if any, the ring is travelling, and the title is also my only clue as to how this fits in with "habits". While dreadfully difficult to do in macor shots, a shutter speed long enough to create a blur on the ring and "right" hand to denote direction of motion would have been a stronger clue.
